Does BizzMate work for a plumbing business?

What does the AI do with my enquiries?
It reads each email or chat message that reaches your connected mailbox, leaves out newsletters and receipts, and turns each real enquiry into a draft job with the customer, the address and what they need filled in. Urgent ones are flagged. It never replies to a customer unless you switch that on.
Does it handle GST on quotes and invoices?
Yes. GST is worked out at 10% and shown on its own line, with per-line control for items that are GST-free, and invoices carry the words the ATO expects.
Can my team use it on their phones?
Yes. There is a BizzMate app on Google Play, and the website works in any phone browser, with a field view for technicians that shows their own jobs, checklists and photos.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You get 14 days of Crew without one. When the trial ends you move to the Free plan unless you choose to pay.
Can I keep using my own email?
Yes. BizzMate connects to Gmail, Outlook or any mailbox that offers IMAP and reads new enquiries from it. You keep using your email as normal.
