Questions we get asked
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Pay monthly, or yearly for 10% less, and cancel online at any time from Settings → Billing. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free.
Are the prices in Australian dollars? Is GST included?
All prices are in AUD. BizzMate doesn't currently charge GST; if that changes we'll tell you before it applies.
What happens after the free trial?
Every new business gets 14 days on Crew, no card needed. Choose a plan before it ends to keep going; otherwise you move to the Free plan with everything you made kept.
What happens if I use up a monthly allowance?
Nothing is lost. Once a month's jobs are used you get a week's grace, and emails or chats over an allowance still arrive in your Inbox for you to handle. Allowances reset on the 1st.
What does “unlimited” mean?

Do you have a referral offer?
Yes. Share your link from Settings → Billing. When a business joins through it, pays and is still with us 14 days later, you get a free month of Crew — and they get 10% off their first payment. Each referral adds another month.
