Terms of service

1. Who these terms are with

BizzMate is provided by BizzMate, of Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of your business.

2. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by team members you invite. Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly at rxalphatech@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.

3. Connected mailboxes and chat

When you connect a mailbox, WhatsApp number or Facebook Page, you confirm you are entitled to grant that access. We read unread messages to create jobs, as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time.

4. What the AI does, and does not do

BizzMate uses automated processing to read enquiries and draft job details. It gets things wrong. Prices, dates, quantities and customer details it extracts are suggestions, and you are responsible for checking them before a quote or invoice leaves your business. We are not liable for a job mispriced, a date misread or an enquiry not recognised.

5. Quotes, invoices and tax

BizzMate calculates GST and produces documents formatted as tax invoices, but it is not an accountant and does not give tax advice. Making sure your ABN, GST registration and the documents you issue are correct remains your responsibility.

6. Your data is yours

You keep ownership of everything you put into BizzMate. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it in order to run the service. There is no one-click export yet. Ask us at rxalphatech@gmail.com and we will send you your jobs, customers, quotes and invoices in a machine-readable form at no charge. What happens to your data when you close your account is set out in our data deletion policy.

7. Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. If a payment fails we will tell you and give you a reasonable chance to fix it before the account is limited. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing & plan; cancelling stops the next charge and leaves you with what you have already paid for until the end of that period. We do not pro-rate a part-used period, and nothing here limits a refund you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Availability

We work to keep BizzMate available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or fault-free. Email providers, AI providers and messaging platforms we depend on can change or fail without notice.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, where a guarantee applies that cannot be excluded our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. BizzMate is a tool for running your business, not a substitute for your own records or your own advice.

10. Ending it

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment or misuse. Except where the misuse is serious enough to need immediate action, we will give you 30 days' notice and a chance to get your data out first. Once an account is deleted — by you or by us — it is not retrievable; see the data deletion policy.

11. Using the app from an app store

The BizzMate app is licensed to you, not sold. Where you install it from Apple's App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and us alone — Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the app, its content, or supporting it. Support requests go to rxalphatech@gmail.com, not to the store. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You must also comply with the store's own terms of service, and you confirm you are not located in a country subject to a United States embargo or on a prohibited-parties list.

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time — Profile → Delete account. See the data deletion policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia.
